This Mango Salsa recipe is such a fresh and flavourful salsa and a perfect accompaniment to go with spicy prawns.

Mango Salsa

 1 mango, peeled and chopped
 3 medium size tomatoes
 ½ cup chopped red bell peppers
 ½ red onion, chopped
 ½ cup chopped cilantro
 juice of 1 large lime
 4 tbsp balsamic reduction
 salt and black pepper to taste

Cut mango, red peppers and tomatoes into small cubes.


Mix all fresh ingredients in a bowl with lime juice and balsamic reduction.
Add salt and pepper to taste.
