Chocolate Mousse — I don’t know anyone that doesn’t like a creamy luscious chocolate mousse for dessert! But many of the recipes for chocolate mousse are too rich and too sweet because of heavy cream and added sugar. That’s not the case here! There is no cream and no sugar in this recipe, except for the sugar in the dark chocolate. Not only that, but it requires only 3 ingredients and takes only 15 – 20 minutes to prepare. The rest of the work to set it is done by your refrigerator. It is a wonderful “make ahead” dessert that can be “dressed up” for the holidays and sure to put smiles on their face!
