One of our goals is to help you to consider a new lifestyle and learn how to become a vegetarian.
A new lifestyle that will not only make you healthier, but in the process will also help save animals that are being mistreated around the world. We have been on that road since January 1, 2012. Since then, we have learned a great deal from making this transition, and continue to learn and educate ourselves about living the healthiest life possible. We are also very much aware that this is a journey, not a destination. It is a lifestyle and not a diet.
At this stage of our lives we have become students of Holistic Living. The class is in session and you are invited (and encouraged) to join us on this journey.
