Love to cook and want to learn new ways to make healthy, delicious vegetarian meals? You can choose an Indian or Mediterranean theme. Cooking with friends is a wonderful way to enjoy food and a deeper connection.

Or perhaps you want to host a dinner with your own personal chef! Either way it’s possible.

Here’s how it works

Call us to reserve your date for a fun evening cooking and dining with friends at the Global Vegetarian kitchen. Your cost includes the cooking class and a 3 to 4 course gourmet vegetarian meal.

  • Option 1: 4 students at $65 per person.
  • Option 2: 6 students at $55 per person.

Alternatively, if hosting a dinner is your preference but you just want to relax and enjoy the company of friends in your own home, give us a call to arrange the date and menu. We will give you a price quote based on the number of guests and your menu selection.

Heathy Meal Prep & Delivery Services

Realize your health goals with tasty nutritious meals customized to your specific dietary needs. You can honour your body without compromising taste. We don’t just have a generic menu for you to choose from. We create a menu for you based on your health goals and food preferences. Whether you are on a gluten free, dairy free, nut free or sugar free diet, we have you covered. The meal quality and creativity is no less than fine dining. Meal Planning

If you prefer to make your own meals but need guidance, we can assist you with weekly meal plans customized to achieving your health goals. This will include daily menus with recipes and nutritional information.

My doctor, my personal trainer, mentor and my life partner all suggested that my health challenges were related to what I ate. They recommended that I remove the following from my diet; all grains, all dairy and processed sugar.     Memorable evening shared with several other lovely ladies. Fun to roll up our sleeves and get into the ‘thick of things’. The food was not only healthy, but truly delicious. I would certainly be tempted to spend another evening in Parkash’s kitchen and dining at her beautiful table. Many thanks!!!!!

    What an absolute treat to partake in this collaboration of Indian cuisine and healthy eating. Parkash is not only informative but truly lovely and her vision for ‘global vegetarianism’ is inspiring…. even for us non-vegans!

    Our group of enthusiastic women went to learn how to cook some healthy and delicious food and all our expectations were met – and then some. Our host Parkash graciously welcomed us into her home and shared her extensive knowledge. She made it easy especially for me as a person who does not particularly enjoy cooking, so much so that I cooked one of the dishes a few days later for my family to rave reviews. Looking forward to a repeat!
